Everyone wants to talk to W1AW/7 Nevada

We've had a couple of operators up and running W1AW/7 NV and I'm getting several emails a day asking when there will more operators on the air!

Lots of hams across the nation are trying to get their America 250 Worked All States award and Nevada is one of those states that are difficult to get.  Although we've had a couple of operators on the air running CW, SSB, PSK31, RTTY, FT4, and FT8, there's still a strong demand for the Nevada section.

It isn't hard, the logging requirements are simple and your time on the air will be appreciated by everyone that get into your log(s).  For logs, it just needs to be in .ADIF format and when you've finished the time you'd like to be on the air, simply email the log to me and I'll take care of it from there!

We have W1AW/7 until 2359 UTC on Tuesday, May 12th and then we'll have another opportunity in the fall (0000 UTC 10/28/2026 - 2359 11/03/2026).

At the moment, there are no other operators on the schedule so you can pick and choose times, bands, and modes as you please.  I will include a link to an excel spreadsheet (hoping this works) and you can add your time when you'd like to get on the air.
